New Insurance products

Insurance products are the corner-stone of the sales process at Tsunagari. By creating your product catalogue, you will be able to fast track the sales process.

Create the product

Goto: Account Set-up User Profile: Account Admin Licence: All Insurance Product Dashboard Click on Button ”+ Add” Fill The information required for the new product like product name, description insurance company and product group. Click on “Save”

Configure sales journey

Click on the product you just created from the product list. A Slide-over should appear. This slide over will display all the product information. Press the button “New Sales Journey”, a new modal will appear with three options:
  • Portal: You can link the sales portal provided by the insurance company.
  • Digital journey: You can create a sales journey in the portal.
  • Third-party comparison: If you have integrated a comparison platform through the Marketplace, you will be able to link the product.
For the Digital journey, you will need the API, documents and product description provided by the insurance company.
You need to have access to the Third-party comparison tools and integrate them before continuing with this journey.
